What the categories mean
Pack meetings
Weeknight evenings in the Happy Valley Elementary multipurpose room. Awards, games, a guest, and den time. Roughly monthly.
Outdoors
Hikes, bike rides and the fishing trip. Weekend daytime, usually two to four hours, at parks around the East Bay.
Signature events
The big ones: family campouts, the Pinewood Derby, Blue & Gold, the museum sleepover and the Court of Honor. Worth planning around.
Optional add-ons
Ticketed outside events like Scout Nights with the Warriors, Saint Mary's and the Giants. Capped, paid separately, and entirely optional.

- Lafayette Veterans Memorial Building — 3780 Mt. Diablo Blvd, Lafayette. Blue & Gold and the Pinewood Derby.
- Lafayette Reservoir — hikes, the season kick-off BBQ and the Court of Honor picnic.
- Mt. Diablo State Park — the fall campout and the tarantula hike.
